Cordial Tours and Travel Services Limited also offers conference facilities for seminars and other meetings exhibitions areas, secretariate offices, audio visual equipment (multimedia overhead and slide projectors), Flip charts, video recording as well as document reproduction services, photography and video shooting and conference assistance personnel. Most of the rooms are equipped with simultaneous interpretation systems (SIS) of up to four languages. Catering services for coffee and tea are also available.

Other services provided by the center include: conference/hotels shuttles, airport transfers, hotel bookings and local and international air tickets bookings/confirmation. Incentive packages include pre and or post conference tours and excursions to various destinations.
