Alternation to Tours
The Company reserves the right to alter arrangements or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate. It also reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which case an equitable amount will be refunded. Prices are based on tariffs and other costs prevailing at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.
Liability
Cordial Tours and Travel srevices Ltd, Is insured against legal liabilities arising from
any injury which might be received by passengers whilst in its vehicles the company and its agents act only as agent of the passenger in all matters relating to hotel accommodation, sightseeing tour and transport, whether by aircraft, rail, road, motor coach, ship, boat or any other means and shall not be liable for injury, delay, loss or damage arising from any cause and in any manner howsoever except when the passenger is being carried in transport owned by the company.
The company’s liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles is governed by the Law of the United Republic of Tanzania and no other country and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Republic of Tanzania.
